Brand Premise, Brand Promise

This week we're gonna do things a little different.

WHAT'S THIS?

The goal of the Part of the Week series is to help folks understand EMI and the kinds of things we can do to help them bring their machines to life. We typically post pictures of parts we've been working on to give a sense for our production capabilities.

THAT'S COOL!

This week, however, we're taking a step back to discuss to how we relate to our customers, so let's talk about what we're REALLY doing.

Functionally, EMI transforms blocks of raw materials (metals, plastics, composites) into finished shapes that conform to the drawings and instructions our customers give us. So far, so good.

But our customers require FAR MORE than that.

In reality, advanced manufacturers truly succeed when they focus on those things that makes them unique.

To do that with confidence, these companies need a production outsourcing partner that brings specialized expertise and equipment, that really understands their business, and truly wants them to succeed.

In short, advanced manufacturers need a partner.

That's what EMI is really doing. That's EMI's brand.

EMI Branding Irons CROPActually branding your hide is optional, not required, of course.

For decades EMI has continuously invested in expanding our capabilities and upgrading our equipment with the latest CNC machines. We're known for our precision machining, consistent quality, responsiveness and transparency.

Over the past several months we've invested building our brand.

It started with asking questions of our customers and listening to what they value most about working with EMI.

We've distilled that into a simple brand promise that reflects who we have always been, only now more clearly articulated. We're making explicit what has always been implicit.

Our brand promise is so important that we have a dedicated page about it on our website. You can read about it in full here.

But the essence of our promise is this: "More than Parts: Partnership".

If you're already working with us, we appreciate the opportunity to serve you.

If you're looking for a manufacturing provider that wants to build the right kind of relationship, please let us know and we can start the conversation.

ABOUT POW!

Each week we will feature something we've been working on. We hope you'll find these posts informative.
