Last week we celebrated the season with our annual holiday staff lunch at the Thorny Lea Golf Club.
As in years past Dan gave us a brief review of the year and a preview of some of the things we can expect in the year ahead.
2025 highlights included installing new machinery (new 5-axis RoboDrill, new 5-axis milling center with attached pallet feeder) and onboarding new customers in the Medical Devices, Marine & Oceanographic, Advanced Engine Concepts, Robotics industries and more.
We raised a toast and said goodbye to some long-standing employees who are now enjoying a well-earned and well-deserved retirement. Don't be strangers, fellas!
We also paused a moment to reflect on the passing of our founder, Dan Evans, Sr. Every day we honor his legacy by doing the things that will make our customers' projects a success.
Of course, not everything was solemn! One of the highlights every year is the Yankee Swap, and this year was no exception. There was heavy, tense action for tools and drones and bottles of exciting liquids with "ABV" measurements. And someone was lucky enough to score a new snow thrower - just in time for winter to really get going.
None of this would be possible, however, without the support of our customers. It's a privilege to serve such a wide array of businesses, each with unique technical and business needs.
We appreciate your confidence in EMI and will continue to live by our brand promise
"More than Parts: Partnership."
Thanks again for your support in 2025. Let's make 2026 even better!
