Let's take a look! ## WHAT'S THIS? I was walking through the production floor last week and spotted a sequence of materials that illustrates the breadth of EMI's capabilities.   ## THAT'S COOL! In the 1970s, the phrase was re-purposed for disco and electronic dance music where the bass drum is played on every beat of a song in 4/4 time. Of course, big band swing and jazz drummers used this same cadence in the 1930's and 40's to help dual left-footed dancers like your humble author to be less of a dance floor disaster.
