Before and after pictures for a milled part that required a stress relief treatment before final machining.
From dull to shiny. Kind of like schooling.
On the left we see this complicated part after initial 5-axis milling to create the desired geometries.
At this stage we sent it to a partner service provider for stress relief.
After getting it back we did the final machining to reveal the beautiful final piece, now ready for shipping.
