POW! Creating a Flanged Threaded Stainless Steel Component

This beauty is our Part of the Week. Let's take a look!

WHAT'S THIS?

Here is a pair of pictures showing a mostly-completed Flanged Threaded Stainless Steel Component that required a Broad Range of Processes to create.

A whole lotta lovin' goin' on here

THAT'S COOL!

We performed several actions creating this piece:

- Milling

- Turning

- Welding the Flanges & Ferrules

- Tapping the Internal Threads

- Honing the ID

In the bottom picture you can see the difference between the piece that has had the ID honing and the one awaiting that action.

After that it's off to QC, then we'll finish up the Surface Polishing.

We'll do a Final QC Check and then Pack & Ship to the customer.
